From Scent Specific ExacTrak® to forensic-level human remains detection, water and shoreline searches, vehicle and trace evidence recovery, and more, our capabilities are unmatched.  Each K9 and handler undergo rigorous ongoing training and certification to ensure excellence in various K9 olfactory detection, fire investigations, search and rescue,  scent disciplines tailored to meet every unique mission requirement  with professionalism and precision.

Train Scenario based for success/scientific studies and scholars

Each handler specialist of the K9 Response Task Force must demonstrate a strict commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professional excellence. All task force specialist are required to have prior experience in investigations, law enforcement, fire service, first responders—or must be partnered with and sponsored by a response task force master trainer only. The Steward of the Task Force will oversee any approvals of representation and memberships with strict standards of full compliance at all times.

Key requirements and protocols for affiliates and operations include:

  • Highly trained and certified: Every representative must maintain recognized certifications relevant to their area, including K9 handling or search and rescue operations. National certifications require ongoing recertification and evidence of continuing education and performance.

  • Elite credentials: Task Force status is reserved for those who demonstrate outstanding professional achievements or specialized skills in their respective fields.

  • Master Trainers: Must be previous or current law enforcement, fire personnel in prevention, investigations or suppression and pass stringent screening and extensive training for canine, humans, children advocacy, victims and suspects.

  • Incident command adherence: The Task Force exclusively follows incident command protocols, ensuring clear roles, structured communication, and operational discipline at every incident site.

  • Policy, procedure, and compliance: All operations are fully compliant with established policies, procedures, and are strictly NIMS (National Incident Management System) compliant, ensuring standardization and interoperability with other agencies.

  • Discretion and confidentiality: Affiliates are mandated to handle all operational details with utmost confidentiality, respecting the sensitivities of law enforcement investigations and emergency response scenarios.

Task Force operations require that affiliates uphold these standards at all times to maintain elite status and public trust.
